All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method
We ship using USPS via Shopify Shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your order, please contact your local post office for assistance.

Because our enchanted pieces are made for little ones, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Final Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
